Team Meetings

A note about times: during build season, most ending times for meetings aren't definite. While the starting time is accurate, we may end up staying later or packing up earlier depending on how much work needs to get done or how much work got done. Bear this in mind when planning transportation.

Tuesday, January 24th | Weekly Meeting

All team members must attend from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Saucier's. Anyone wishing to help with build season tasks may stay later.

>Remember to check this site regularly! From here until the end of the season, this site will be updated with any news and info regarding meetings, fundraisers, competitions, and everything else. We recommend checking this site a few times a week.

>The permission slips for Hartford the New York must be signed and returned as soon as possible! If you forget to bring it to a meeting, you can bring it to Nick Tosta or Ms. Kalinowski (homeroom C240) during the school day. If you need a replacement form, you can download it from the Resources section of the website, or ask Ms. K during the school day.

>All members should be actively looking for sponsors. If you need additional forms, the file can be found on the "resources" page.
